
Chili Oil Beef Noodles

Ingredients:
- 250g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 200g egg noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Yummahh’s Chili Oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prep the Beef: Marinate the beef in soy sauce, cornstarchh, and garlic for 10 minutes.
- Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Sear the Beef: In a hot pan with oil, sear the beef until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Assemble the Dish: Toss cooked noodles with oyster sauce and Yummahh’s Chili Oil. Add the beef back in and mix well.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
