Chili Oil Beef Noodles

Slurpy, spicy, and savory. This dish is pure comfort in a bowl. Tender beef, chewy noodles, and a rich chili oil sauce make it an irresistible weeknight dinner.

Time Needed: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 200g egg noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Yummahh’s Chili Oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Beef: Marinate the beef in soy sauce, cornstarchh, and garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sear the Beef: In a hot pan with oil, sear the beef until just cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. Assemble the Dish: Toss cooked noodles with oyster sauce and Yummahh’s Chili Oil. Add the beef back in and mix well.
  5. Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

Pro Tip:
Chill your cooked noodles in ice water for a few seconds for a chewier bite.
