Chili Oil Chicken Fried Rice

A fast, fiery fix for leftover rice! This fried rice is spicy, savory, and totally addictive thanks to Yummahh’s Chili Oil.

Time Needed: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold)
  • 1 chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Yummahh’s Chili Oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken: In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
  2. Scramble the Egg: In the same pan, cook the beaten egg and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry the Veggies: Add veggies to the pan and sauté until soft.
  4. Combine Everything: Add rice, chicken, egg, soy sauce, Yummahh’s Chili Oil, and salt. Stir fry well.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
