
Chili Oil Chicken Fried Rice

A fast, fiery fix for leftover rice! This fried rice is spicy, savory, and totally addictive thanks to Yummahh’s Chili Oil.
Time Needed: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold)
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Yummahh’s Chili Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the Chicken: In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
- Scramble the Egg: In the same pan, cook the beaten egg and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Veggies: Add veggies to the pan and sauté until soft.
- Combine Everything: Add rice, chicken, egg, soy sauce, Yummahh’s Chili Oil, and salt. Stir fry well.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
