
Grilled Chili Oil Chicken Skewers

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken thighs, cubed
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika

- Wooden or metal skewers
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and Yummahh’s Chili Oil. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
