Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken thighs, cubed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Wooden or metal skewers
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and Yummahh’s Chili Oil. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Assemble the Skewers: Thread chicken onto skewers.
  3. Grill: Grill over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  4. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
