Spicy Mongolian Beef

Sticky, sweet, and spicy with crisp edges, this takeout style favorite is upgraded with a bold kick from Yummahh’s Chili Oil.
Time Needed: 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 300g flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Yummahh’s Chili Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Prep the Beef: Toss beef slices with cornstarch and set aside.
- Sear the Beef: In a hot pan with oil, fry beef until crispy and browned. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add soy sauce, brown sugar, and Yummahh’s Chili Oil.
- Combine: Return beef to the pan, coat with sauce, and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with green onions and serve with steamed rice.

Slice beef very thinly against the grain for tenderness.
